      Ever had back surgery or spinal issues? Happened to me for a period of weeks on half of my body after trauma, but not even close to 30min. More like every handful of hours.

      Pinched nerve or other related disorder. No need for a hospital yet, but you should make an appointment to see your doctor.

      I say this with absolutely zero medical education but having read what feels like 70% of every single medical article on the internet.

      That seems like a neurological issue.
      You should probably get that checked out, just in case.

      1) Pinched nerves in the back.

      2) Anxiety.

      3) Deficiency of B 12.

      4) Dehydration/Lack of fluids/Electrolyte imbalance.

      I have no advice besides doctor…. Buuut are your legs also two different colors? This reminds me of the people who have Chimera & sometimes have different reactions on different parts of the body because they were two zygotes that fused together, so they have two sets of DNA

      You should see a doctor. It can definitely have something to do with your nerves. You should get that checked out to make sure it’s nothing serious.
